Amendment XXVIII.
Section I. The twelfth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The election will be held based on general populous. Each citizen has one vote and each vote will count equally.
Section 3. Each state should choose a board of citizen such as a jury to over look the process of voting.
